The Cleveland Clinic Academy (CCA) exists in order to help you help our patients! To accomplish this mission, the Academy curriculum provides a broad spectrum of courses in leadership, education and management for Clinic Staff, residents, fellows, academics, nurses, medical students, and administrators with at least a Master's Degree or a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
The Academy is pleased to announce that all courses are CME, CE and ACHE Category II certified for continuing education credits.
In 2012, the Academy's 65 courses and programs were divided into the leadership, management, communications, and quality tracks and taught by 97 Clinic faculty and our academic consultants. Come join us for a course and network with your Clinic colleagues when your schedule permits! To-date, more than 6,056 Clinic employees have participated in Academy courses and 1/3 are from the regions.
Finally, Academy courses transfer to Baldwin Wallace University, Case Western Reserve University and Ursuline College toward an MBA degree if admission criteria are satisfied. In 2012, MBA enrollment is at an all-time high with 74 Cleveland Clinic employees: 30 at Baldwin Wallace, 3 at Case Western Reserve, 29 at Cleveland State, and 12 at Ursuline.
