WELCOME to the Cleveland Clinic Academy!
The Cleveland Clinic Academy (CCA), launched in September 2006, offers professional development learning opportunities to Cleveland Clinic employees on main campus and at our regional facilities. The CCA leadership development curriculum provides a broad spectrum of courses in leadership, education and business for Clinic Staff, residents, fellows, academics, nurses, medical students, and administrators with a Master's degree and above or 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
During the past 2.5 years, Cleveland Clinic Academy has provided competency-based curriculum in leadership and management to over 2,290 Clinic Staff, residents, fellows, academics, nurses, medical students, and administrators. From 2008 to 2009, the Academy has realized a 61% increase in attendance, thereby attesting to the value-added component of the overall curriculum.
