The Cleveland Clinic Academy (CCA) exists in order to help you help our patients! To accomplish this mission, the Academy curriculum provides a broad spectrum of courses in leadership, education and management for Clinic Staff, residents, fellows, academics, nurses, medical students, and administrators with at least a Master's Degree or a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

The Academy is pleased to announce that all courses are CME, CE and ACHE Category II certified for continuing education credits.

In 2011, the Academy's 65 courses were divided into the leadership and management tracks and taught by 97 Clinic faculty and our academic consultants. Come join us for a course and network with your Clinic colleagues when your schedule permits! To-date, more than 4,155 Clinic employees have participated in Academy courses.
 

Finally, Academy courses transfer to Baldwin-Wallace College and Case Western Reserve University toward an MBA degree if admission criteria are satisfied. For the 2010-2011 academic year, 72 Clinic employees applied to the MBA programs at Baldwin-Wallace, Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State. 57 employees were admitted into the various programs and scholarships totaling $6,000 were awarded.
