CHAIR ON-BOARDING
On-Boarding for Chairs is a program designed to serve new chairs’ success at the Clinic. Through a series of meetings with coaches, self-assessment, and participation in a formal 360 degree feedback activity, the incoming leader is asked to consider her/his inventory of leadership strengths and opportunities and, with the help of James K. Stoller, M.D., M.S. and two expert executive coaches, to frame a personal development plan in service of assuring leadership excellence. A final meeting (of 4 total in the process) will consist of the incoming chair’s leading a discussion about her/his learnings during the On-Boarding process and personal leadership balance sheet, with the hope of crafting a leadership development plan that other members of the On-Boarding team can help construct.
The program is led by James K. Stoller, M.D., M.S., who can be reached at 216.444.1960 for questions.
